The Fondation Santé Côte-de-Gaspé granted a significant sum of $60,000

The Fondation Santé Côte-de-Gaspé is very proud to announce to the Community of Gaspésie, its financial participation for the acquisition of a Retinal Imaging Device.

The Califórnia Device will allow the ophthalmologist to take images of the interior of the eye to assess the retina of patients and compare the evolution of pathologies over time. This will greatly improve the treatment and follow-up of retinopathy among CISSS de la Gaspésie clients throughout its territory.

The use of Retinal Angiography will allow the ophthalmologist to participate in continuing education activities and research studies that may be presented at international conferences. This will contribute to the reputation and brand image of the CISSS de la Gaspésie Ophthalmology Service.
