The Foundation donates $10,000 to L'Equipage for the opening of its new service point in Gaspé

We are proud to announce that the Fondation Santé Côte-de-Gaspé has donated $10,000 to L’équipage, the community social pediatrics center of the Côte-de-Gaspé to support them in their mission and for the opening of their new point of service in Gaspé.

L’équipage is a model of integrated social medicine, developed by Dr. Gilles Julien. This approach is centered and focused on the needs and strengths of the child, the extended family and the community. The Foundation believes in the importance of the community social pediatrics center in our region. It is important that children have a place of reference where various forms of support can be offered. The Centres, now located in Fox River and Gaspé, provide medical, social and legal services to children in need, along with their extended families.

The Fondation Santé Côte-de-Gaspé and L’équipage, are united in their mission to contribute to the well-being of the community. We wish them all the best.
